The nominees for the ADAC Camping Awards 2022 have been determined and three LeadingCampings are among them: Nature Parc L'Ardechois in the category ‘Innovation & Progress’. The French campsite surprises with a new, innovative camping concept: the campcooning. This neologism is a combination of the terms camping and cocooning. Strandcamping Waging was nominated in the category ‘Demographic Change & Accessibility’. ‘Tourism for all’ is the motto of Strandcamping Waging, the ADAC Superplatz. For the operators of Strandcamping Waging, it is, according to their own statement, ‘both a claim and an obligation’ to make carefree holidays possible for people with disabilities and their relatives. In the newly designed category ‘ADAC Booking Award’, a LeadingCamping was also able to hold its own: Feddet Strand Resort in Denmark (on the picture right) takes a pioneering role for the Scandinavian camping market in terms of online book ability. Thanks to sophisticated offer management and a cross-platform marketing strategy, the campsite also achieved a strong result in the Covid-19 year 2021. After a one-year break, the award ceremony for the ADAC Camping Awards 2022 will once again take place as a live event at the ADAC Camping Gala on the evening before the CMT in Stuttgart on January 14th 2022.
