A new 2,200 sqm multi-purpose building introduces you to a new camping dimension by providing various experiences and an excellent spa area. Discover unique sanitary facilities and the new spa with its sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, multifunctional showers, swimming spa including counter current flow and massage jets, heat bench as well as a wonderful view of the lake and paddocks from the pool and relaxation room. Your kids can play and romp around on the playgrounds and sport fields as well as indoors in the playroom whatever the weather.
Perfect base for discovering Saxon Switzerland, Upper Lusatia and Dresden
In addition to these excellent amenities, the LuxOase has the advantage of being in the close vicinity of castles, palaces, the Florence on the Elbe (Dresden), Upper Lusatia and the bizarre rock formations of Saxonian and Bohemian Switzerland. Points of interest are never far away from the LuxOase. Physically active guests can explore the surrounding areas on their bikes by following the suggested tours. Hiking trips, a refreshing bath in a natural lake, mini golf, a nearby golf course as well as organised trips that start from the campsite offer plenty of variety. The front desk provides a commendable all-round service and during the holidays our animators organise a varied programme.

Marvel at the panorama of Dresden, the "Florence on the Elbe", immortalised by the painter Canaletto. See treasures in the Green Vault or Old and New Masters in Dresden's museums. Visit the Semper Opera House, Brühl Terrace, the rebuilt Frauenkirche or the trendy districts of Dresden's Neutstadt. Or take hiking boots, the Elbe Cycle Path or a historic paddle steamer on a tour of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the bizarre rock formation of the Bastei, the Rathen Rock Stage, the monolithic Lilienstein or the mighty Königsstein Fortress.
A variety of excursions in Saxony and the nearby Czech Republic
Explore the castle country of Saxony with its castles and parks, for example the Moritzburg hunting lodge, the location of the cult film "Three Nuts for Cinderella". Discover Stolpen Castle, the Baroque Rammenau Palace, Pillnitz Palace, the vineyards on the slopes of the Elbe in Dresden or the Radeberger brewery. The cathedral and porcelain city of Meissen is just as worth seeing as Upper Lusatia with Bautzen, the Museum of the Sorbs and the dinosaur park Kleinwelka. Excursions to Bohemian Switzerland or the Golden City of Prague are also possible.
