Feddet Strand Resort is special in many respects: First of all, it is the location that is probably unique. The campsite is located on a narrow peninsula stretching far out into the Baltic Sea, which is largely unspoiled. Yes, it is even deliberately returned to nature more and more since the farmsteads that used to live there have been abandoned. There used to be a small harbor from which the stones extracted in a quarry near Faxe were once shipped on small barges. This small port is now used for guest boats. The mixed forest is home to many animals, you can easily meet deer. Others, like the Icelandic horses, are used for riding or are there to be stroked, like the goats. Cattle and sheep keep the undergrowth short. At the end of the peninsula migratory birds rest. They can be photographed from the observation tower.
With an indoor swimming pool, special playgrounds, adventure miniature golf, the facility is excellently equipped - where else do you have the opportunity to train e-motocross under expert guidance? The gaming room is also unrivalled. In addition, Feddet Strand, despite its remoteness and rural idyll, has excellent connections: Just a stone's throw away from the highway, it is located on Vogelfluglinie, both from the ferry port of Rødby and the capital Copenhagen about an hour's drive away. Typically Danish is the equipment with guest kitchens and family bathrooms, which are piccobello clean and functional, but not architectural highlights.

Zealand has several superlatives to offer: It is the largest island in the Baltic Sea, the largest island in Denmark and the most populous with almost two and a half million inhabitants. This is thanks to the capital region around Copenhagen, which alone is home to around half of Zealand's inhabitants. The small town of Faxe (also spelled Fakse), near Feddet Strand in the middle of nature, is famous for its beer. From Feddet Strand Resort it is 75-90 minutes to Copenhagen by car or train.
