The 5-star-camping Insel-Camp Fehmarn welcomes you directly on the fine sandy, extensive south-facing Baltic Sea beach. On the lovingly designed, extensively equipped campsite you will find many facilities to make your holiday an experience. For example, the light-flooded, comfortable sanitary area, in which soft music can be heard, ensures your well-being.
Insel-Camp Fehmarn operator Katherin Kleingarn combines art and camping in a charming way. A new permanent guest sits directly on the sandy beach and gazes dreamily out to sea. The art statue "Dünen-Doris" by Christel Lechner is the fifth member of the "everyday people" and brings great joy to everyone. Art prints with pictures from the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art can also be found throughout the buildings of the comfort campsite.
The campsite's own restaurant "Strandlächeln" offers delicious regional variations. The courtyard terrace invites you to linger on balmy summer evenings. At the promenade beach bar, you can enjoy fish sandwiches with your favourite ingredients of choice. In the evenings, fairy lights sway at the bar on the island camp meadow. There are delicious drinks and sometimes live music. The well-stocked self-service market is open for self-catering.
From the fitness room, holidaymakers can look out over the manicured greenery to the turquoise-blue Baltic Sea. Sauna, massage or yoga offer relaxing time-outs. Your children will love the fantastic playground. Teenagers can let off steam on the pump track, sports field or beach volleyball court. Dogs are also catered for - with dog showers and a dog agility area. If you want to work flexibly during your camping holiday, book the beach box. It is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and important accessories.
Burgtiefe and the Burgstaaken fishing harbour are easily accessible via the lakeside path. A beach hike to the Staberhuk cliffs, which drop bizarrely into the sea, is also an impressive experience. The "island capital" of Burg, with its historic flair characterised by cobblestones, is just six kilometres away. A boat trip from Puttgarden to Denmark is also an unforgettable excursion for young and old.

Look forward to Fehmarn, to beach holidays, relaxation and adventure holidays, cycling tours, beach walks and much more. With around 2,100 hours of sunshine a year, the island of Fehmarn is one of the sunniest spots in Germany.
On Fehmarn, you have a great view of the island or the Baltic Sea wherever you are. The view is of course even better from one of the island's lighthouses. The elegant arch of the Fehmarnsund Bridge and the "Jachen Flünk" museum windmill in Lemkenhafen are also popular landmarks.
Whether a romantic break as a couple or relaxing holidays with the family, the island of Fehmarn offers something for everyone. From varied beaches, idyllic country life, romantic fishing villages to the ocean aquarium and water sports - there is plenty to experience and enjoy here. On the nearby mainland, the Hansa Park, the Donkey Park Nessendorf and the World Heritage city of Lübeck, are also tempting.
