Camping Čikat is surrounded by a dense pine forest and is located near the town of Mali Lošinj, the largest town of all the Croatian islands!
Camping Čikat rises gently in terraces in a 130-year-old pine forest above a quiet bay. There are numerous bathing spots and rocky beaches along the waterfront. Due to the rocky coast in the sheltered bay, the water is crystal clear. The special climate on the island of Lošinj, characterised by salty sea air, pine trees and other Mediterranean scents, attracted people here for air cures even in the days of Empress ‘Sisi’.
The sea invites you to swim, splash around and snorkel. Discover the pool complex with your family, which is spectacularly illuminated in the evening. The kids will love the water playground and the mega water slides! You can also look forward to the varied entertainment programme and excellent sports and service facilities.
Camping Čikat means holidays with lots of comfort, even in the low season.
The sanitary facilities at Camping Čikat are very well maintained and some are winterised and heated. The pitches and rental accommodation also set standards: the Premium and Superior pitches and the luxury mobile homes in particular impress with their exceptional location and facilities.
Čikat is the largest campsite on the islands of Cres and Lošinj and remains open all year round.
Guests can camp even in winter and experience the islands at this special time of year. Thanks to its natural location, the campsite is ideal for evening walks to the centre of Mali Lošinj, 2 km away.

Kvarner Bay
You do not have to be able to pronounce the name Apoxyomenos correctly in order to visit the valuable archaeological treasure in Mali Lošinj. This is a Greek bronze statue from the 4th century before Christ, which was discovered in the sea just off the island. A museum was established to tell the story of the discovery and recovery: Three floors for a single statue in a polarizing interior design.
